- Day 1 : Welcome to Colombo ! Proceed to Bentota (Driving: Colombo to Bentota // Approx. 95 km // 2.5 hrs.) Welcome to Colombo !!! On Arrival Proceed to Immigration Formali-ties. Later, Meet & Greet by Our Local Representative / Tour Manag-er. Later, Sit Back in The Comfort of Your Coach, as we proceed to Bentota. Arrive at Bentota by Evening. Check in at Hotel. Evening leisure enjoy your Dinner at restaurant stayove resort. There are 6 tourist hotels in the beach span of 5 miles with all the facilities a resort would require. After an American Breakfast at Hotel check-out from Hotel, Proceed to Bentota to Nuwara Eliya. Enroute via Kitulgala water rafting. Arrive at Nuwara Eliya by Evening. - Day 4 : Nuwara Eliya | City Tour - Sitha Amman Temple - Gregory Lake - Victoria Park After an American Breakfast at Hotel, proceed to Nuwara Eliya City Tour: Nuwara Eliya meaning “the city of dawn” is the town at the highest elevation (about 2000m above sea level) in Sri Lanka and its tallest peak & Botanical Garden. Seetha Amman Temple, The Victoria Park is a public park located in Nuwara Eliya Gregory Lake was built under the period of British Governor Sir William Gregory in 1873. - Day 5 : Nuwara Eliya to Kandy | Enroute Ramboda - Bhaktha Hanuman Temple - Tea Factory and Tea Plantation (Driving: Nuwara Eliya To Kandy // Approx. 110 km // 03 hrs.) After an American Breakfast at Hotel, check-out from Hotel, Proceed to Nuwara Eliya to Kandy via Ramboda. En-route visit Bhaktha Hanuman Temple and Tea Factory and Tea Plantation. - Day 6 : Kandy | City Tour - Botanical Garden - Temple of Tooth (Kandy Temple) After an American Breakfast at Hotel, Proceed to Royal Botanical Gardens - Started In 1374 As A Pleasure Garden of The Kings of Gampola, Later visit to Temple of The Sacred Tooth Relic (Kandy Temple) - Ever Since 4th Century A.D, When the Buddha’s Tooth Was Brought to Sri Lanka Hidden from Sacrilegious Hands in An Orissan Princess’ Hair, The Relic Has Grown in Repute and Holiness in Sri Lanka and throughout the Buddhist World. In the evening, enjoy Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight, stay at Hotel. Kandy - The hill capital is another “World Heritage Sites”. It was the last stronghold of the Sinhalese Kings during the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule and finally lost to the British in 1815 after an agreement. To the Buddhist of Sri Lanka and the World, Kandy is one of the most sacred sites as it is the home of the “Dalada Maligawa” - Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. The Bathing Pavilion (Ulpenge) is by the Lake and in the Center of the lake is the Island called “Kiri samudraya” (Milk white ocean) used by the kings as the summer house. Today it is the center of Buddhism, Arts, Crafts, Dancing, Music and Culture. Visitors can see these Dance & Music at the daily Cultural Performances held at several places in the city. - Day 7 : Kandy to Colombo | Enroute Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (Driving: Kandy To Colombo // Approx. 170 km // 05 hrs.) After an American Breakfast at Hotel, check-out from Hotel. Proceed from Kandy to Colombo. Enroute visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Where the Number of Elephants Has Increased to More Than 65 Now; Including Baby Elephants Brought from Various Parts, As Well As The 23 Baby Elephants Born as A Result of The Captive Breeding Program. Later Colombo City Tour & Shopping time.Colombo - Colombo was only a small seaport, which came into prominence in the 16th Century with the arrival of the Portuguese in 1505 and the development of it as a major Harbor during the British period and became the capital in 1815 after Kandy was ceded to the British. The remains of the buildings during the period and the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule are found in every area of the city. None of the Portuguese & Dutch fortifications are found today but some of their buildings and churches could be seen in the Fort & Pettah areas.Visit Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison, Sea Street - the Goldsmith’s quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area where there is also a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings, the Kaymans Gate with the Belfry at the original gate to enter the Fort, the Dutch Church of Wolfendhaal dating back to 1749, Kelaniya Buddhist Temple, Dewatagaha Mosque, Colombo Museum and the Natural History Museum are some of the sites to be visited. Also visit the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall), see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square. Meal : Breakfast , Dinner

- TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
- 5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
- (INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Shiv Travels)
- If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
- As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
- In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
- Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
- On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
- Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
- Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
- The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Shiv Travels Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
- The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Shiv Travels. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Shiv Travels, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Shiv Travels Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
- The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Shiv Travels Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Shiv Travels At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206 CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Shiv Travels That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Shiv Travels Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
Payment Term
- 40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
- 2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
- Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
- ROE will be calculated @ final payment.
- GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
- TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

- As an Indian passport holder, you can apply for an ETA (Electronic Travel
Authorization) and Charges is $ 25 USD. You will be allowed to stay in the country for up to 30 days.
