● RAILWAY INFORMATION
RAILWAY / AIR FAIR TICKET ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE. RAILWAY/ AIR TICKET ARRANGEMENT SHOULD BE DONE BY THE TRAVELLER THEMSELF. ANY KIND OF RAILWAY RESPONSIBILITY IS TAKEN BY THE TOUR OPERATOR. THEY CAN GIVE YOU PROPER GUIDANCE REGARD THIS. AS PER RAILWAY POLICY RESERVATION FOR THE RAILWAY TICKET SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE ( EXCEPT THE DATE OF TRAVELLING ). THEREFORE TRAVELLERS ARE REQUESTED TO COLLECT THEIR TICKET BEFORE 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE. THE DEPARTURE DATE AND THE ARRIVAL DATE FROM AHMEDABAD IS MENTIONED IN THE BROCHURE SO THAT TRAVELLER CAN PLAN THEIR TRIP ACCORDING TO IT. AS PER THE RAILWAY LAW IT IS COMPULSORY TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL PROOF ALONG WITH PHOTO DURING THE RAILWAY JOURNEY. AS PER RESERVATION IN RAILWAY THERE IS NO PROVISION TO PROVIDE TEA-COFFEE OR FOOD TO THE PASSENGER. BOOK THE INDIA RAILWAY GOV. APPROVAL AGENT ,TATKAL BOOKING CAN BE DONE 1 DAY BEFORE THE DATE OF TRAVEL AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES IS TO BE PAID. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THEY CAN GET TATKAL SO IN THAT CASE TRAVELLER HAVE TO TAKE THE AIR TICKET AT HIGHER RATE.
● AIR TICKET ARRANGEMENT
● AT THE TIME OF ISSUING THE AIR TICKET ( PRINT AMOUNT) IT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP THE PRINT OF AIR TICKET
● AS PER THE AIR ARRANGEMENT PROGRAM IF THE FLIGHT GET DELAYED OR CANCELED THEN THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT OR REFUND OF MONEY INCASE OF CANCELLATION DATE OR CHANGE IN DATE IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TRAVEL COMPANY .
● FLIGHT SEATS SUBJECT AVAILABILITY .
● DUE TO ANY REASON IF THERE IS ANY CHANGE IN TRAVEL DATE, CANCELLATION OR ANY CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE THEN THE LOSS FOR THE RAILWAY OR AIR TICKET THEN THE TOUR OPERATOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. DUE TO ILL-HEALTH ISSUE , OR THE TRAVELLER RETURN IN BETWEEN THE TRIP THEN THE COMPENSATION OR REFUND MONEY WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
● IF TICKETS ARE BOOKED ON DISCOUNT OR GROUP TICKETS WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE. IF ONCE THE NAME ARE BOOKED THEN NO CHANGES CAN BE DONE IN NAME OR DATE AND TRAVELLER MUST UNDERSTAND THE CANCELLATION POLICY.
● THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE FLIGHT CANCELLED OR RESECHEDULER .
● BOOKING ARRANGEMENT
●PASSENGERS HAVE TO PAY FULL AMOUNT TO BOOK AIR & RAILWAY TICKETS.
AT THE TIME OF PACKAGE BOOKING ( ORIGINAL ID PROOF, AND KEEP THE XEROX WITH YOU) PER PERSON 5000/- OF PACKAGE BOOKING ( FIVE THOUSAND) IS TO BE PAID AS DEPOSIT AND IT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF THE TOURIST IS OUT OF TOWN OR THE TOURIST HAVE BOOKED THE TOUR THROUGH AGENT SHOULD SEND THE AMOUNT THROUGH AHEMDABAD BRANCH DRAFT/CHEQUE/CASH IN THE NAME OF SHIV TRAVELS. IF THE TRAVELLER BOOKED THEIR TOUR THROUGH AGENT THEN THE BOOKING AMOUNT RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE THEIR OWN
● STAY ARRANGEMENT
WELL HYGIENIC, COMFORTABLE & COUPLE – FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTELS WILL BE PROVIDED BY SHIV TRAVELS.
THE ACCOMODATION IN THE HOTEL WILL BE IN WELL STAR HOTEL. THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL ARE NOT SAME, HOTEL ROOM WILL BE DOUBLE BED ROOM AND IT CAN OCCUPY 3 PERSON, 1 DOUBLE BED AND ONE EXTRA MATTRESS WILL BE PROVIDED ON FLOOR. IF IN ONE ROOM IF TRAVELLER WANT TO SHARE ROOM WITH FAMILY ( 4 PERSON ) IN ONE ROOM THEN IT WILL GET CONGESTED THEN PLEASE DON’T MAKE COMPLAINS. AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT THE PASSENGER MUST ENTER THE ROOM AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN AND VACANT THE ROOM AT TIME OF CHECK-OUT. IF THE DAMAGE DONE IN THE HOTEL ROOM THEN THE COST OF DAMAGE IS TO BE PAID BY TRAVELLER THEMSELF. IF THE TRAVELLER WANT TO BOOK SUITE ROOM THEN THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT IS TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL IN CASH. THE FACILITIES PROVIDED BY THE HOTELS ARE NOT SAME EVERYWHERE.
● ALLOTMENT OF THE ROOMS IN EACH HOTELS IS DONE BY THE MANAGEMENT AS PER IT ROOMS VACANT, SO DO NOT FORCE OR INSIST TO ALLOT THE ROOMS TOGETHER OR ON THE SAME FLOOR.
● IN ANY SITUATION THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ALL THE ROOMS AVAILABLE AT SINGLE HOTEL THEN AT THAT TIME ROOMS WILL BE ALLOTED IN OTHER HOTEL.
● ONE DAY HOTEL RENT SHOULD BE PAID SEPARATELY TO THOSE WHO REQUIRE ROOM BEFORE CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT ( DEPOSIT AT TIME OF BOOKING )
● VEHICLE ARRANGEMENT
DURING THE TRAVELLING JOURNEY IN VEHICLE THE PASSENGER HAVE TO SIT IN COMPLUSORY ROTATION SYSTEM. IF THERE IS LESS PASSENGER THEN ACCORDING TO THEIR NUMBER OF PASSENGER SMALL VEHICLE WILL BE ALLOTED IN SHARING WITH OTHER PASSENGERS, AS THE BUS DECK WILL BE SMALL IT’S A REQUEST TO CARRY LESS BAGGAGE. IN CASE OF VEHICLE PUNCTURE, BACK DOWN SEAT, TECHNICAL OR ACCIDENTAL CASE THEN IN THAT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TRAVEL PLACE ( LIKE SIGHTSEEING ) THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO VISIT THAT ONLY ONE TIME. IF ANY PLACE IS CLOSED DUE TO ANY REASON THEN IN THAT SITUATION THEN THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOU AGAIN TO THAT PLACE. THE VEHICLE WILL BE TAKEN TO THE PLACE WHERE IT WILL GO AND THEN FURTHER TRAVELLER HAVE TO GO BY THEIR OWN EXPENSE. VALUABLE THINGS LIKE MOBILE,CAMERA, ORNAMENTS OR OTHER IMPORTANT LUGGAGE WILL BE MISPLACED, FORGOTTEN THEN IT WILL BE TRAVELLER;S OWN RESPONSIBILITY. DURING THE JOURNEY OF TRAVELLING IF THE NUMBER OF PASSENGER ARE LESS THAN THEN THE VEHICLE WILL BE ALLOTED ACCORDING TO THAT. TRAVELLER’S LUGGAGE WILL REMAIN IN BUS ONLY. TO PICKUP AND DROP OFF THE LUGGAGE IT WILL BE MADE BY THE COMPANY’S MEN. TO CARRY THE LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM IT WILL BE TRAVELLER OWN RESPONSIBILITY. DURING THE JOURNEY OF MOUNTAIN ROUTES BUS A/C WILL REMAIN OFF AND FOR THAT NO REFUND IS TO BE PAID.
● FOOD ARRANGEMENT
DELICIOUS & TASTY BREAKFAST & DINNER WITH VERITIES, WILL BE PROVIDED TO GUEST.
DURING THE TRIP IN MORNING TEA- COFFEE WITH BREAKFAST AND IN EVENING DELICIOUS DINNER WILL BE PROVIDED BY HOTELS. FOOD ARRANGEMENT WILL BE A BUFFET STYLE. ( VAISHNAV AND JAIN TRAVELLER FOOD ARRANGEMENT WILL BE DONE AS PER THE CONVENIENCE ).
● BOOKING CANCELLATION / CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR CANCELLING THE TOUR THE TOUR WILL BE CANCELED ONLY AFTER RECEIVING A WRITTEN CANCELLATION REQUEST FROM THE PERSON WHO HAS BOOKED THEIR TOUR THEN ONLY CANCELLATION CAN BE DONE. OTHER THAN THAT COMPANY HAS NOT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. IF THE TOUR IS CANCELLED BY THE COMPANY IN CASE SMALL NUMBER OF PASSENGER OR ANY OTHER REASON THEN BEFORE THE DEPARTURE THE PAID MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED FROM THE OFFICE BY ACCOUNT PAY CHEQUE. NO KIND OF REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF THE TRAVELLER CANCELLED THE BOOKING.
● BOOKING AMOUNT WILL BE NON- REFUNDABLE .
● 30 TO 20 DAYS BEFORE TRAVELLING 50% ( FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT )
● 20 DAYS BEFORE TRAVELLING 100% ( FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT ) CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL BE TAKEN. CANCELLATION SHOULD BE IN WRITTEN FORM WITH PROPER REASON AND EVIDENCE.
● GENERAL INFORMATION
TOUR CANCELLATION / CANCELLED / POSTPONED / SEAT NUMBER EXTRA CHANGES IN ARRANGEMENT WILL BE THE AUTHORITY OF ADMINISTRATION. PROPER INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANGES IN DATE OR TIME SHOULD BE TAKEN BEFORE 2 DAYS EVERY TRAVELLER FACE TO FACE OR ON THE THE TELEPHONE DURING THE OFFICE TIMINGS. DETAIL ITENARY INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOUR WILL BE GIVEN AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE. NUMBER OF TRAVEL DAY WILL BE INCREASED DUE TO ANY REASON. SO TRAVELLER HAS TO GIVE 2500/- TO 3500 /- PER PERSON ADDITIONAL CASH TO THE TOUR MANAGER. FOR ANY KIND OF ACCIDENT NO COMPENSATION OR REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FROM SHIV TRAVELS. TRAVELLERS MUST TRAVEL AT THEIR OWN RISK. IN CASE OF NATURAL CALAMITY, ACCIDENT , POLITICAL INCIDENT , ROBBERY , THEFT OR ANY OTHER REASON CHANGES WILL BE DONE OR CANCELLED THE TOUR FOR THAT SHIV TRAVELS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND FOR THAT NO COMPENSATION OR REFUND IS TO BE PAID. EVERY TRAVELLER MUST TAKE THE INSURANCE FOR ACCIDENT, LUGGAGE , MOBILE , CAMERA ON THEIR OWN EXPENSE. THE TOUR MANAGER AND ADMINISTRATION HAVE FULL RIGHT TO MAKE THE CHANGES IN ARRANGEMENT IN CASE OF NON-AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS IN THE HOTEL. DURING JOURNEY THERE IS POSSIBILITY OF EARLY OR LATE ARRIVAL AND MAY BE IN MEAL ALSO GET LATE. DUE TO ANY REASON IF THE JOURNEY IS STOP IN BETWEEN THEN WE WILL TRY TO COMPLETE THE JOURNEY THROUGH TRANSPORT/TRAIN /DAILY SERVICE. IF BY OWN THE TRAVELLER LEFT THE JOURNEY OR CANCELLED THE TRIP THEN NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION IS NOT PAID. DURING THE TOUR DUE TO ANY REASON IF THE TRAVELLER RETURN FROM THE TOUR OR LEFT THE TOUR THEN THE TOUR LTC WILL NOT BE GIVEN. IF ANYONE WHO TRIES TO OBSTRUCTS THE TOUR OR DO THE BAD BEHAVE WITH THE MANAGER AND TO BRING PROHIBITED ITEMS OR DOES NOT COME ON TIME THEN THEY WILL BE DROPPED ON THE WAY. TRAVEL IS A SERVICE BUSINESS. IN THAT THEY USE THE SERVICE FROM THE THIRD PARTY OR OTHER COMPANY. THERE IS POSSIBILITY OF DISCOMFORT WHEN THE SITUATION IS NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL. DURING THE JOURNEY EVERY PASSENGER KEEP THEIR PATIENCE SHOULD BE MUST. TRAVELLER OF DELICATE NATURE SUFFERING FROM THE DISEASES OR ANY MENTAL EFFECT SHOULD NOT JOIN THE TOUR. TRAVELLER SHOULD BEHAVE IN PROPER MANNER WITH THE STAFF MEMBERS. CALMLY REPORT ANY TROUBLE DURING THE TOUR TO THE TOUR MANAGER, IMMEDIATELY REPORT THE MISBEHAVIOR OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY OF THE TOUR MANAGER TO US IN PRESENCE AT THE OFFICE SO THAT IMMEDIATE PROPER ARRANGEMENT CAN BE MADE BUT ANY COMPLAIN MADE AFTER RETURNING FROM THE TOUR WILL NOT BE CONSIDER. DURING THE TOUR THE DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF MONETARY TRANSACTION WITH ANY STAFF MEMBERS WE WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. THE TRAVELLER WHO HAS BOOKED THE TOUR AND DEPOSITED THE MONEY TO GO ON TOUR WILL NOT BE CHANGED WITH EVERY MEMBER OF THE FAMILY AS WELL AS HIS RELATIVES OR FRIENDS.
TOURIST HAVE TO MAKE THE BOOKINGS TO GO ON TOUR ONLY AFTER GETTING A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF POLICIES , RULES , DISCOMFORT ETC. IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF OBJECTIONS OR MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING OUR REGULAR FACILITIES, THE TRAVELLER HAS TO MAKE THE JOURNEY ONLY AFTER CLARIFICATION FIRST. AFTER THAT THERE WILL BE NO CONFLICT OF ANY KIND. TRAVELLERS ARE BOUND TO ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES. YOUR COOPERATION IS VERY NECESSARY TO MAKE THE TRIP UNFORETTABLE , ENJOYABLE AND SUCCESSFUL.
● PERSONAL EXPENSE
MINERAL WATER , INSURANCE PREMIUM , MEDICAL EXPENSE , ENTRY TICKET FOR SIGHTSEEING , RIDING , BOATING , SHIKRA BOAT HOUSE , SWIMMING , ROPWAY , TATTU , HORSE , DOLLI , KULI , GUIDE , ROOM HEATER , A/C , RICKSHAW , SUMO EXTRA VEHICLE EXPENSE , LAUNDRY, HOT WATER, TOWEL , SOAP , SHAMPOO , TELEPHONE AND MOBILE EXPENSE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TICKET .
● SPECIAL NOTE
IF ANY NATURAL PROBLEMS ARISES – EARTHQUAKE, FLOOD, & WAR , NATIONAL ISSUES , RELIGIOUS VILOLENCE.SO THEN IF PACKAGE NEED TO BE CANCEL, THEN PASSENGER WILL BE ABLE TO GET CREDIT NOTE OF FULL AMOUNT OF RS. WHICH HE/SHE HAS GIVEN, AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AFTER DEDUCTING NOMINAL CHARGES PER PERSON RS. 500/-.
PROOF OF INDIAN CITIZENSHIP BOTH ORIGINAL AND PHOTOCOPY MUST BE CARRIED. WITHOUT ANY PROOF NO HOTEL ROOMS WILL BE BOOKED. AND N.R.I. TRAVELLERS KEEP THEIR ORIGINAL PASSPORT AND PHOTOCOPY WITH THEM. DURING THE TIME OF BOOKING 3 TO 10 YEAR CHILDREN ID PROOF IS NECESSARY TO GIVE.
AT EVERY PLACE CHECK TIME WILL BE AFTER 12:00 O’CLOCK SO AFTER THAT ONLY ROOM WILL BE ALLOTED. TRAVELLER WHO ARRIVE BEFORE DECIDED TIME AND DATE WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE ARRANGEMENT FOR TEA- BREAKFAST WILL AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. BECAUSE THE SYSTEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RAILWAY SCHEDULE AND AIRLINES . LTC TO TRAVELLER THE TRAVELLER HAS TO SPECIFY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE TRIP THAT HE WANTS TO RECEIVE THE BILL. EACH PASSENGER HAVE TO PAY SEPARATELY THE FARE ( GST ) ON THE TOP OF THE TICKET .

JURISDICTION OF BOOKING MADE BY OUR OFFICE AND AGENTS THROUGHOUT GUJARAT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO AHMEDABAD COURT ONLY.
